Anthony's life began a real miracle of God.
At 8 months old Anthony was in his baby walker,
when one of the wheels got caught
in the floor furnace grate.
Anthony fell on top of the furnace
burning his face, hands and legs.
Anthony received third degree burns.
The Doctor's said that he would never
have use of his hands.
A tiny child having to be carried
on a pillow for a whole year.
But Anthony later in his testimony said,
~The Doctor's were wrong~
Not only did God perform a Miracle on Anthony.
God who Anthony loved so much,
gave him a wonderful talent.
And Anthony used his talent of piano playing
for the Glory of God.
Anthony began playing the piano
when he was only 3 years old.
He sat down and played
~ The Old Rugged Cross~
after hearing it at church that morning.
He made his radio debut at the age of 5.

At age 16 years old he joined The Kingsmen Quartet.
At 17 years old Anthony was nominated one of
five top pianist in the gospel music field.

Anthony Burger has received the honored Dove nomination for the 2006 Instrumental Album of the Year category for his recent project “A Tribute To Bill & Gloria Gaither”.

There was no end to the kind of music Anthony could play.
Anthony learned the music of Beethoven, Bach and Mozart.
But his real love was gospel music.
Anthony has long been a guest artist and pianist
for the Gaither Vocal Band
and for Gaither's Homecoming concerts.

Always at the piano and smiling,
showing his love for what he loved to do best.
